I hired Saf for a diagnostic inspection regarding my cooling system. Unfortunately, the service was highly unsatisfactory. Saf misdiagnosed the issue as a faulty cooling fan, which led me to pay for an expensive, unnecessary part replacement.
A subsequent independent inspection by a qualified professional revealed that the root cause was merely a blown fuse—a basic fault that a competent diagnostic should have identified immediately. When I raised this issue, Saf refused to take responsibility, attempting to blame the fuse failure on events occurring after his visit rather than admitting to the flawed initial diagnosis.
I am now left with significant unnecessary repair costs due to this lack of professional care and skill. I would strongly advise against booking this mechanic if you expect an accurate and reliable diagnostic. Read more

Saf was very helpful and knowledgeable. He got the car diagnosed quickly and efficiently.

Very nice chap and identified that coolant was low.

Filled it with water as a temp measure.

I was initially v pleased with the service.

However, on filing the coolant back up today after it was delivered - it was clear it was going down fast and looking under the vehicle it was pouring out, like a tap.

Disappointed that this wasn’t picked up my the mechanic as the tank emptied within less than 10 mins, so he didn’t diagnose the problem, sadly. Back to square one
