Great when it came to the repairs, diagnostics, and breakdown, but disappointed by the poor cleanup - the drivers door wasn’t properly closed, tissues were left on the floor and household waste was disposed of in a neighbours recycling bin causing its collection to be rejected.

Saf was absolutely fantastic, provided immaculate details about the issues with my vehicle and gave comprehensive evidence to back everything up 10/10 would recommend highly.

All work carried out perfectly, no issues. Couldn't fix the problem on site but advised exactly what i needed to do and already have something in place to resolve

When l booked this service l saw the plug in diagnostic, find out what's wrong with your car, so that was the 1 l pressed, told the money would not be taken till work done but was taken day before, l was booked from 10 a.m. till 12. Saff turned up 10 minutes early l left him the keys and went in my house, 20 mins later he was off, when l went out asked him the problem and he said l had a stretched timing belt and code about bonnet latch. I asked him how he knew it was the timing chain and he just went on about it being a common problem with these and it would all be on the photos, when l looked on the site there were 3 photos, 1 of some numbers and letters, which didn't mean nothing to me, a picture of my oil dipstick out and a picture of my car, when l messaged him l had the reply that l paid for a plug in diagnostic,YES and to find out the problem with the revs, l told him there had been a oil change as it had no oil but still run sweet and that l had put 4 litres of recommended oil, not a oil change and he said that would effect the timing but not being a.
