Saf was amazing. I messed up with the booking but he helped me sort it out. He gave a full report on time. I’m using him again because the car was not up to scratch. Fingers crossed the next one is better.

Used clickmechanic to view and inspect a car which was too far from me. Saf was allocated and he has been outstanding in his survey providing a detailed inspection report. I believe he must have a lot of experiences to pick up things that I personally wouldnt have. I am very grateful for his advice

I booked the premium pre purchase inspection and I am glad I did. Communication was exceptional throughout. from initially booking to completion. I did have specific concerns which I was able to share with Saf before inspection. He did call me, take photos and deliver a thorough inspection report. He was friendly and knowledgeable throughout and always quick to respond.
I would happily recommend Saf and Click Mechanic based on this experience.
The only thing they could do to improve is have a phone line. Sometimes it really can be quicker and easier to talk to a person.
