Perhaps a quote after inspection on how much it would cost to fix the issues should be considered? It would really help inform decision on carrying on with purchase, negotiating, etc. But over all very good service and honest feedback!!

Extremely pleased with Sarif. He contacted me to understand what I wanted from the car and the inspection. He was extremely knowledgable. He arranged with the garage, and my consent, to do the inspection earlier. He kept me in the loop, ie text advising on his way etc. He contacted me immediately the inspection was done, then emailed me the report within an hour. From his verbal report I could tell he had listened and he addressed all of my concerns. I was very impressed with his depth of knowledge, it was very factual. Using the info in the report we arranged for the garage to complete the defaults and now have a virtually brand new car! Very very impressed and would absolutely use them again.

The mechanic was good. He was friendly enough. Could have been a little more friendlier, and could have explained things alittle better, as to what things he was checking and what he was generally doing to ensure that he filled in the report properly.
Not all of us are mechanics and know much about cars, and we sometimes need a little assurance that the car we are purchasing is a good one for the price. A little re assurance would have been ideal in my opinion.
I was happy with thr test drive and the generall assessment he did. He did not look uner the car, but just generally looked around. He could have made more of an effort to look around the car alot more.
