Saf was excellent. Rang him yesterday after booking pre purch inspection and spoke with him for 20 mins after he completed the inspection. Very nice guy, really helpful and clear advice. Answered all my questions. Couldnt recommend him enough.

The report was detailed enough to help me make a decision. the leak from the turbo could have made this an expensive purchase.

I arranged a pre-purchase inspection not having used ClickMechanic before. Everything went very smoothly; easy to book, get informed at every stage, vehicle check was done at time scheduled, and mechanic was happy to take time to talk through findings on phone before sending report and photos. I would recommend this service to others.

Very friendly and helpful with other questions i asked. Did the job great and will deffo use again. Fixed my problem quickly.

Midland failed to spot that both front strut suspension units need replacing and there’s also a knocking noise on rear suspension passenger side. Those need replacing but showed up as ‘Good’ on his report.

It’s now going to cost and extra £350 to get the work done, which if it’s been spotted. I could have haggled on price.

May just book the AA next time.

The mechanic that attended my pre-purchase inspection arrived on time and carried out the inspection. I was not there during this but the conversation I had afterwards and the report I was emailed put my mind at ease and my daughter has now purchased her first car. I have used click mechanic on numerous occasions and will continue to do so in the future. A very professional company through out.
