I used the pre - inspection service as I was too far away from the garage to test drive the car.
Thank goodness I did, Sav picked up a few concerns that I would have not have know about , and therefore I will not be purchasing the vehicle.

Saf was very thorough and found things the AA dealer inspection had missed. He called me as soon as the inspection was complete to explain his findings as well as sending over his report and photos. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable; I was able to make an informed decision about the van and felt confident I was getting the full picture.

The mechanic turned up promptly and fitted my battery; I was at work and my wife was at home to deal with the service and she had no complaints. The battery is working well so far!
I did feel that being told the quoted price for the battery would be more on the morning of installation was a bit sneaky. I had compared prices between your service and others and this was a factor in choosing your service, so I wasn't happy to have this changed on the day, when I had no opportunity to organise otherwise.
