Was Ok have had better communication in the past from other mechanics had to ring the mechanic to get his opinion on the vehicle before deciding whether ir not to buy it which we didn’t

Thank you for your review. Just to clarify, as you booked a Basic Pre-Purchase Inspection, telephone calls are not included as part of that service. However, I did speak with you both before and after the inspection, and also provided some photos for your reference which again are not part of the service.
If you’re looking for more in-depth communication or detailed buying advice, I’d recommend booking a Standard or Premium Inspection next time, as those packages include post-inspection calls and a more comprehensive service.

Saf, (Saf@midlandprestige) the mechanic who did the inspection was prompt, did a comprehensive check and submitted the report within the hour of completion.
The booking process through clickmechanic was easy and inspection was done next day. Cost very reasonable as well.
