Jack was absolutely amazing! Very helpful. My DPF wasn’t doing a regen so I needed a forced one and no matter how much of a pain my car was being, he managed to do it! 100% recommend and will be using Jack for future issues :)

Communication was very good; Jack advised me of a short delay in arrival time that was no problem. He was very polite and friendly, diagnosed the problem almost immediately, gave me some good advice about what I needed to do next and arranged to send me a quote for the work that would be needed. I would certainly be happy to have Jack work on my car again.
