“All good, called to say they were running a bit late, changed glow plugs and checked diagnostics in about an hour, errors have cleared, van starts fine. Gave some info and a quote to replace the EGR valve as it looks also corroded. Explained everything and used branded parts, showed me the old corroded glow plugs. Happy with service and cost, nice and convenient not having to take it to a garage! Cheers”

“Unfortunately i must have typed in wrong plate number of my vehicle so wrong parts ordered Haseeb sorted this out and yeah once parts were received job was quickly carried out, I was informed that a "Damper"was missing on the passenger side of vehicle which i have since ordered and hopefully can get this fitted by Haseeb and his excellent crew once i receive the part.

“I assume the new brake Pads were fitted (but obviously don't know) braking seems the same as before. Something, I'm not too happy about. The Mechanic rang me up about 15 minutes and asked me if I knew my Clutch needed changing, the Car drives fine and shows no signs of slippage or difficulty in changing gear. I don't know if this is true, but it reminds me of Kwikfit policy e.g. Generating additional unnecessary work.”

“Ionut was fantastic today, punctual, friendly, and really took the time to inspect the car and explain what was needed and why following on from my initial ask to change the cambelt (10 years old). He also kindly went out to source all of the parts needed, checked the parts with me and made sure I was happy with everything and showed me the cost.
