Worst experience ever! I got my vehicle diagnosed by a mechanic named Imran. He rushed the inspection, completing it in under 30 minutes instead of the expected hour, and gave a very quick, brief explanation. He seemed irritated when asked questions and was unwilling to engage. For £170, the service felt extremely poor and not worth the cost. I wouldn't recommend this inspection if he is assigned.
I don't usually leave a bad review for anyone but couldn't resist this time.

Thank you for your grossly EXAGERATED and MADE UP review, which has come almost a YEAR LATER (29/04/25) to the date of the Inspection.
I can only conclude that you are now having issues with the vehicle, a year after purchase, hence deciding to post the review.
I remember you for 2 distinct reasons as they were unusual in the sense that in 15 years, no PPI customer has ever made the requests that you did:
1) Asked to be picked up along the way as you would need to use public transport otherwise.
2) Wanted me to stay behind to help you with the purchase / negotiations / financing.
Now, let's get to the rest of the facts:
The vehicle Inspection had already been completed and you arrived whilst the report was being collated, you knew this for a fact as we were in constant contact with each other on that day; how you ascertained that I spent only 30 minutes is illogical and a plain lie, you were not present to say otherwise.
Then, whilst the report was being collated I went through all of the findings with you in order to ensure you understood everything.
I guided you around the vehicle and I pointed everything out, one at a time.
I then uploaded the report before I left so that you had it to hand in order to go through it with the seller and point out the issues to him.
Is that something that an irritated person will do???
Why would I be unwilling to engage???
You paid for a service, you had my utmost attention from the moment you arrived, until I left.
Yes, I left when I was done, even though you preferred that I stay....
But why should I hang around when I have other bookings, especially when you want me to be with you whilst you try and negotiate a better deal on the price and the financing???
"That is not part of the service we offer and neither is it any of our business as to how much the seller wants for the car and how much the buyer is willing to pay for it."
That was the response I gave you, it was not irritation, it was an explanation as to why I was unwilling to hang around.
Lastly, if you go through the hundreds of bookings before and after yours you will no doubt see that NO ONE has ever claimed what you have claimed. This is because, we don't operate in the manner that you claim that we do.

Imran was amazing... thank you. His inspection of proposed new used car gave me 'peace of mind' and reassurance. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. . It was worth money/paid for inspection, knowing I was buying a good car. Imran was very thorough and identified a couple of minor issues, talked me through them and which the Car Dealer rectified prior to collection., he's made it stress free for me.
I wish he lived closer to me so ì could use him in the future. Thank you Imran, I would now have no hesitation in buying another used car, knowing that avthorough pre- inspection could be done
