First of all, you booked the Inspection for a totally different car and only brought it up with me when I asked you about it.
Yet here, you rate me poorly for my communication......
In regards to the other concerns you've highlighted as per the "debrief and additional photos" you wanted me to provide:
We had a 15 minute conversation once you had received the Report and gone through it.
In that conversation, you stated you've received the Report.
I then went through all of the key points with you, 3 times, the debrief could not have been any more thorough.
The reason it was lacking in "more detail" was because the BASIC Inspection only covers a BASIC amount of components.
You kept questioning me on if the car will last, yet the Inspection you booked only covers checks of 25% of the vehicles components; how can anyone answer that question???
Regards the "lack of photos and making more rigorous checks"; you booked and paid for a BASIC Inspection but wanted me to spend an additional hour on site and carry out a PREMIUM Inspection, THAT SIMPLY CAN NOT HAPPEN.
I advised you to go for the better Inspection several times but you did not commit to the change.
In future, I suggest you pay for the correct procedure and avoid disappointment.

I'm sure that Imran has a PhD in car mechanics! His knowledge and level of understanding was very impressive. I'm 50 plus and have been around the block a few times having used many many garages throughout the years. However, Imran is a diamond in the rough! I've never been quoted such a competitive price. Had a vehicle taken away, serviced and returned without issue or fault. Not only was the whole experience exhilarating. But I also received photographs of the work carried out. Never had that before. Imran contacted me throughout the day and also answered questions after he left - this was really good of him to do so. The whole experience was exceptional, courteous and professional. I had a full service a few months ago with RAC and they did not provide the level of information that Imran provided. Will definitely contact Imran again. Many thanks. Read more

I arrived exactly on time.
You received multiple phone calls and text messages prior to the appointment, and during the Service Interval, and immediately before the vehicle was returned to you.
All works undertaken were photographed and added to the Portal for your piece of mind.
All Advisories were explained in relevance of importance, in detail, when the vehicle was returned to you too.
I honestly do not know what else could have been done......
Never the less, if there is room for improvement, it would be great to hear back from you.
