First of all, you booked the Inspection for a totally different car and only brought it up with me when I asked you about it.
Yet here, you rate me poorly for my communication......
In regards to the other concerns you've highlighted as per the "debrief and additional photos" you wanted me to provide:
We had a 15 minute conversation once you had received the Report and gone through it.
In that conversation, you stated you've received the Report.
I then went through all of the key points with you, 3 times, the debrief could not have been any more thorough.
The reason it was lacking in "more detail" was because the BASIC Inspection only covers a BASIC amount of components.
You kept questioning me on if the car will last, yet the Inspection you booked only covers checks of 25% of the vehicles components; how can anyone answer that question???
Regards the "lack of photos and making more rigorous checks"; you booked and paid for a BASIC Inspection but wanted me to spend an additional hour on site and carry out a PREMIUM Inspection, THAT SIMPLY CAN NOT HAPPEN.
I advised you to go for the better Inspection several times but you did not commit to the change.
In future, I suggest you pay for the correct procedure and avoid disappointment.
