Imran (the mechanic) introduced himself the day before and again called on the morning of the visit. He was professional and extremely thorough in his feedback when he returned the car following an MOT. He advised me on what to do next in terms of my car, and even said I should call him if I have any problems. Absolutely great - for the first time EVER this mechanic came across as trustworthy and kind. Will definitely be using the service again.

Imran contacted me the evening before my booking to confirm address for pick up and vehicle details. He then contacted me again on the morning of the appointment to confirm the time he'd be arriving, which he did so promptly. My vehicle was returned within 5 hours with a new MOT and a full service. Imran chatted with me briefly when he dropped off the vehicle and was friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
