Volkswagen Golf Brake discs and pads replacement - rear (both)

Haseeb was friendly, I explained to him what had happened to cause the problem with the brakes. He took the car at the agreed time and returned it about an hour and a half later with photographic evidence of the rusty old discs and the new discs and pads on the rear. I was delighted with the whole process from getting a quote to booking and then the very good communication that followed. Excellent service would thoroughly recommend him.
The whole process was simple and straightforward.

All done and professional service and communication. I was charged an extra £30 for same day service which I wasn’t thrilled about as there wasn’t a tick box to refuse this and I could have waited. I was merely stating my availability according to your calendar and then the surcharge was added. Not their fault though and more of a click mechanic issue. Lastly was just the fact that the service has not been added to the idrive on my BMW which is the digital service logbook. With the cost of a service and the power of evidencing the frequency of servicing when it comes to selling a vehicle, I feel a bit let down in this area and don’t really know what I can do about it.
