Haseeb was great. He was very friendly and helpful. He even phoned once he had run some tests to say he didn't think the chemical clean and forced regen would work, and asked if I was sure I wanted him to do it. I said, as he had already got the car, he may as well try it. Lucky for me, it worked. I was very grateful to Haseeb and would not hesitate to recommend his services.

Yes, overall very happy. Haseeb was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He did a great job carrying out a full clutch and flywheel replacement, along with replacing the rear main seal while the gearbox was off. There's still a slight crunch when shifting into first while rolling slowly, but I'm keeping an eye on it as the new clutch beds in. Overall, really pleased with his work.

The online booking process with ClickMechanic was seamless. I delivered the car to the garage at the scheduled time as i didn't want collection, I was notified when the car was ready for collection and shown the defective component, highlighting the issue. The collection was efficient, no waiting around. Also cheaper than other garage quotes.
