Steve was respectful and polite but the issue with the car is not solved soon as Steve left told me it’s safe to drive now but when I drove it the sounds came back and I don’t know what to do now I don’t know if it’s safe to drive

l did say that the oil (that l overfilled) had only been done very recently ( two days ) , he insisted that the overflow was causing serve white smoke coming from the rear , this is serve white smoke that only happens every few days .He was insistent that the overflow caused this . I strongly doubt this .

Steve was a class act, communicated well and was very thorough. Also polite and professional and did all the checks for my coolant top up, puts the customer at ease.
