Raul came to change my rear wiper motor. Its a tricky job because the spline passes through the rear window. It was stuck and would not come off. He left that day and arranged with me to come back. He returned with a spline puller and popped it off. Did a great job, kept me informed and didn't risk damaging the rear screen. Highly recommend this mechanic.
