Amazing service from Direct Motors Limited.
Called me direct arranged pick up repair and return of my car.
Explained works completed might not be sufficient to repair my car if damage was severe to engine.
This at least prepared me for the worst case scenario.
Luckily at the moment all went to plan, my car is running perfectly, also gave advice on additional repairs l will need to the vehicle.
I am trading in soon, so to get my car up and running again is fantastic.
I was recommended Click Mechanic through my son, he used the service previously.
To be honest, can’t believe how easy it was and the service l received from Direct Motors Limited was excellent.
I would definitely use or recommend this garage to anyone looking for an honest rapid response and excellent customer service.

Arrived on time and took my car off to be repaired, stayed in constant communication with me through the day letting me know the ins and outs of it. turns out my self diagnosis of the issue was incorrect and they called me up explained the issue and asked me if i'd like to proceed with the repair! i was happy with the new price and it was fixed quickly and dropped back to me all in the space of 5 hours! even managed to fit me in a day early! absolutley recommend these guys! they went above and beyond for me and saved me having an awkward conversation with my boss as to why i still couldnt get to work. thank you :) Read more
