Orinally speaking to the garage freindly and informative, then changed when I querried the price, stating that they did not set the price, Click mechanic was responsible for that. Also charged an extra £45 because of being close to christmas.

Hi sorry you wasn’t happy with the service.You booked through Click Mechanic and they gave you a quote which you accepted that quote included the £45 fee for priority booking which you accepted .We are then given offered a price by click mechanic to do the job which we accepted.I rang you and arranged mechanic to come to your address and for the part .You asked if there would be a reduction in price because AA said it’s only a 30-60 minute job and was easy to do which they didn’t do hence you booked through click mechanic.We came out to your address and fitted part and done job that was booked
Sorry you did not appreciate the service which I don’t understand because everything that you asked for was done ,mechanic came out fitted the part and your car runs as it should .Price you got issue with was quoted to you before you booked which you accepted.
