Honestly the car is working better than it did when I first purchased it. It runs so smooth and feels like I’m driving a new car. The communication was outstanding, any work I’ve had previously I’ll get a call at the end of the day but Direct Motors called me at every step any issue any resolution they were on the phone to me. Couldn’t have asked for a better service, will be using them for any future car needs!

All the communication was fantastic seemed really professional and did the clutch replacement in my mk7 transit days before it was booked in so far so good but haven’t drove it much time will tell but otherwise highly recommended
