He communicated throughout - the evening before he was due to turn up and during the morning of the job.
I booked it on the Sunday morning and the job was complete 24hrs later

Ionut is a great mechanic and I would definitely book him again for future work - he spotted and showed me an additional part that needed replacing and said it could cause the new clutch to break - the part was cheap but could have caused more damage - he complete job even though someone had written is van off by getting a lift from a friend - was sceptical about using clickmechanic at first but got a great service

He spotted a couple of issues I was not aware of and rectified them. He also answered my questioned thoroughly and worked tremendously hard while he was here. I'm really pleased and will defiantly be using him again in the future.

Ionut was a very knowledgable and able mechanic who worked in poor conditions to replace our clutch. A related, but unidentified problem with the selector bushes could not be fixed at the time owing to the part being unavailable; however Ionut was able to find a source on the web and parts arrived and were fitted personally as Ionut identified what needed doing. Very happy.
