Happy with the work carried out, not to happy that i got a phone call after they had collected the car to say that they couldn't get the parts for the price that i had been quoted so increased by £60!!

Nice friendly. Good service. Like the fact they pickup and drop off. Brilliant.

Arrived within alloted time period for collection of car.

No face to face contact with actual garage or their staff other than being told they were "very, very short staffed."

Had to chase up with garage as the day was nearing closing time. Was informed that car had failed its MOT, but that they had not had time to investigate further the cause of excessive emissions - as such, car could not be returned that day.

Was advised to contact them again same time again tomorrow- but that it could possibly be an expensive job.

Was contacted the next day by garage to say that the car had now passed its MOT using a cheaper solution.

I'd asked to be contacted once car being driven back to collection location.

I had to chase this up twice by text as below:

A good job done only challenge was it was due to be collected for repair on Thursday, then Friday and was finally it was collected on Monday

Picking up my vehicle was fine however it was taken on Thursday at 12:30. Pete had rang ahead which was good but said it maybe back later on if not Friday .
I had to keep calling to see when it would be returned and it’s been returned today Monday at 3:15 . I was called to say could i either pick it up or drop the man back to the garage who was returning my car . I currently have a broken leg so my daughter had to take the young man neck to the garage in her car . I was also told there was an additional cost of £40 for transporting my car to the garage even tho it was said that it could be done on my drive 🥵.

clutch master cylinder replaced picked van on time returned. back same day afternoon. Good. job. completed

I don’t who my mechanic was. I just met the collection and delivery driver. It is hard to give a rating on quality or communication as I didn’t really talk to anyone apart from the above driver, but on the whole very happy with the work carried out
