Simon was fantastic - Completed the pre-purchase inspection a day earlier than planned and even contacted the seller on his own accord. He completed the work and called me immediately after explaining his findings and thoughts on the vehicle. You could see that Simon is very knowledgeable. He took lots of photos and was very thorough.

Simon was friendly and polite, obviously knew what he was talking about and explained it clearly to me. He gave his opinion on how to go forward and advised on other motor related issues. The only reason I gave 4 for punctuality was that originally I was told 14.00 to 16.00, but Simon was unable to get to me until 16.10, but he did keep me informed.
