Excellent service from start to finish. Simon was super efficient, very professional, and extremely thorough. The advanced diagnostic technology used—especially important given the car was a Jaguar—was impressive and clearly made the difference. The report was brilliant and far more detailed than two previous diagnostic tests, which failed to identify the faults properly. I received two clear and comprehensive versions of the report, exactly what I was expecting. Excellent value for money and outstanding service overall.
