Nobody came i waited 40minutes and nobody came i will expect a full refund of£67.11to my account I have had to go elsewhere and they diagnosed a new battery which hopefully has solved the problem

We are sorry to hear this, our team did try to make contact with you on multiple occasions and left a message via the clickmechanic booking to you and left you a voicemail but sadly each time we was not able to make contact with you or receive a reply.
We did attend the address and found no car on the drive way or down the street.
The payment was cleared by accident and we have requested that clickmechanic issue a full refund to you as the booking was not able to be completed due to the above reasons.
We apologise for any inconvenience and we are glad to hear that someone did manage to help you out and diagnose the car.

The mechanic was fantastic done a great job recommended extra parts to be done on the job which I took up. I hope I get the same mechanic. I would recommend Nexgen autos services to anyone out there. A five star rating is not high enough.

Reece said he thought he had managed to find and fix my AC leak but couldn't offer a service to re-gas so I can't confirm the issue was fixed until some time in the future. Disappointed that a re-gas service was unavailable at the same time.
