I have clicked one star for quality because your site would not let me bypass it but we could not determine the quality of his work for the following reason. The mechanic contacted the Seller of the car to arrange an appointment to inspect the car, but the Seller never turned up. The mechanic was freiendly has been very good in keeping in touch with us and gave us some good advice about steering clear of this Trader. However, we were shocked to be charged the full amount despite the fact that he was unable to look at the car at all! We think it is appropriate to charge a fee to cover the mechanics time in travelling to the garage and home again, but the charge was supposed to be for a 1-2 hour examination of the car and he was not able to do that. We are very unhappy about this. It has cost us £145 and he was not able to inspect the car. Read more
