Andy called me immediately after the inspection and went through all the points inspected and his findings. He also had taken extra care over the areas where I had asked for detail inspection. The report was very comprehensive. More importantly, there were 50+ photos and where there were minor issues, these were covered with photos and detailed descriptions to pass on to the dealer. He had already pointed these out to the dealer while onsite so they knoew what was expected to be remedied. All around very happy with the service provided. Great piece of mind for what is an expensive purcahse.

Reece was brilliant and very friendly, I was there for the inspection and he walked me through all of the areas he was inspecting and why very clearly. He gave me tips for any future problems the van could have and what to look out for. He was very thorough and transparent, notified me of any issues he came across as he came across them. All in all a very high quality inspection and I am very pleased with the result.

Reece was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and picked up on defects and issues I would have never noticed. He clearly has a deep knowledge of cars and was extremely thorough in his assessments.
