The mechanic was very friendly. The work was carried out, and my car runs better than before.
I was apprehensive about using Click Mechanic as it was an online service, but after checking reviews online, I felt better about it
I was kept up to date with what was happening with my car, and it was fairly easy to get in touch with my mechanic

CCUK Was fantastic, work carried out was top notch, only problem I had was with the diagnosis about the gearbox, understand where the problem came from but had look once had car back to find the locking pin still in place stopping the gearbox selector going into reverse or 5/6th gear

Very very happy with the work carried out by this mechanic, my car is now running smoother than it ever has 😊, the mechanic kept me well informed and even showed me the old parts and explained what was wrong, thank you so much!

The work didn’t take too long. The work completed was a service so can’t really say much on the quality of the work.

Driver was very friendly but came to pick up the vehicle 15 mins past the given timeframe.
