First time using click mechanic and the recommended mechanic Talha from West Brom mechanics was very helpful professional and really helpful would highly recommend

Mechanic was friendly however communication could have been better. Was told my car would be ready “by the evening” after collecting it in the morning. MOT & Service was completed. Repairs had to be done but when I hadn’t heard anything by 8pm I had to chase by calling. Car wasn’t returned until 9:40pm which caused quite a lot of worry considering it was the first time I was using this garage

Very friendly young man who was extremely polite. Due to the return being so late, I explained that for a new customer like myself, there had been a degree of break down in trust over the experience of having to chase the progress of the repairs and the car being returned so late.

The mechanic was punctual, courteous and polite. He communicated well with us and completed the task requested satisfactorily in the time specified. Would book again if needed
