Later Matt (his qualifications were displayed on the website,which prompted confidence in the company) contacted me and explained what the problem was. He quoted a fair price and proceeded to fix the problem. Considering this was during the christmas holiday period, the car was returned at the agreed time with courtesy and a helpful manner.
