Explained the issue to Zac, having managed to get the engine to switch off . Stall engine, disconnect battery and reset remote for the third time, but not fix the central locking.
Zac went through the faults & diagnostics and suggested the ignition switch was the issue and recommended it be replaced.
He promised and delivered a quote and it's booked in for Friday.
