In general fine, didn't have much to say but then again there wasn't much to say, main thing was he was here first thing in the morning and just got on with it.

Zak was great with responding to my questions and was great with finding further details about what was wrong with my car. The car needed a vig job doing and he was happy to take this on.

Explained the issue to Zac, having managed to get the engine to switch off . Stall engine, disconnect battery and reset remote for the third time, but not fix the central locking.
Zac went through the faults & diagnostics and suggested the ignition switch was the issue and recommended it be replaced.
He promised and delivered a quote and it's booked in for Friday.
