Hi i had left a Star review the mechanic came out told me i needed a new bolt on my exhaust and might as well have two new ones i said ok no problem my car is a vauxhall agila 2011 a week later still waiting for the work to be done so what have i paid 72.00 pounds for exactly? I am very upset and feel you have taken my money for nothing.

He showed me what they were doing and what the old brake pads looked like. He then test drove the car to make sure all was good.

Marcel was great. On time, efficient, and knowledgeable - I would use him again.

Called prior to arrival to let me know when he would be there, arrived at the the time stated, left him to it and he got cracked on. He explained about letting the brakes bed in and then to check the wheel nuts after driving for a while.

Mechanic was friendly and courteous, no fuss and all done within a couple of hours.

Would recommend to others.

Marcel was really helpful, knowledgeable, polite and communicative. The report allowed me to negotiate with the dealership and on this occasion I decided to walk away as the car had too many issues and the dealer was not willing to resolve them.

Marcel was very informative and really made it feel like we weren’t just making it up.
