Wasn't happy with with his work at all. He seemed to be in a rush. He didn't even have time to test the car. He couldn't even cut cable ties used to hold the bottom cover. I feel robbed.

Hi sorry you not happy with the service you had first of all the under tray was held on with cables ties when we got under the car the front was just hanging there and the bolts that was there was rusted so we use a oil sucker so didn’t take the under tray off all we do was try and help but making it more secure we only added 2 ties
Can’t see how spending over 2 hours there was a rush
We did our job
I think what the real issue is that you self diagnosed the problem (wrong)
And now making out I haven’t done my job
We was booked to come and do a service and DPF forced registration
I can and I’d that I’m sorry that it didn’t work cuz you DPF was passed the point of a regen that’s why it needed a diagnostic inspection first
