Marcel was incredible. He was already there when I arrived. Walked me through what the car needed and test drove it. Was friendly, professional patient with my questions. Would highly recommend him and your service.

5/5 booked Marcel for a pre-purchase inspection on a used car purchase, he arrived promptly with perfect communication every step of the way. He provided a very thoughtful and comprehensive inspection report which I was able to utilise to haggle a few extras out of the dealership with.
