Whilst the report Marcel completed was good enough, post communications was non existent. Never received a follow up call and did not respond to any of my messages. Expected more to be honest

Marcel was great to deal with. Very professional and did a good job. he didn't mind me watching him work or having a conversation. He worked quickly and undertook all of the booked work bringing the required parts. The oil used was a good brand and overall this was a good experience. I think the service was completed well and the update phone calls made the appoinment very easy to manage.

Amazing service and very full report. It’s hard as a female buying a car when you don’t know things…. Best £100 spent. A few probs that car needs sorting, but now I know I can work on the purchase price.
