Joshua was friendly, polite and knowledgeable explaining what he was doing at all times giving us a temporary fix to rid us of the error message from the diagnostics. He then did a test run in the car and on return gave us advice as to what to do next.
He arrived about 30 minutes after his 2 hour window and explained about traffic, jobs etc. causing his lateness.
