Joshua arrived and began working on my car. I am quite mechanical myself so I explained to Joshua what the symptoms were. He was thorough, comprehensive and extremely knowledgeable. He went out of his way to explain what he was doing. He carried out a diagnostic and then explained what he believed the problem was.
I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone with car issues.

I have very limited knowledge about cars, but Joshua explained everything to me very clearly, and although couldn't fix the fault as he concluded it was a manufacturer default, he sent me a report the following day that I could share with the manufacturer. I'll use Joshua in the future for sure!
