Joshua was very friendly and chatty, and he found the issue within 10–15 minutes. He explained the whole issue clearly and talked me through the investigation throughout. Luckily, it turned out to be only the battery and not any other serious problem.

As it was late in the afternoon, he wasn’t able to sort the issue on the same day, but he recommended alternative options, which I followed. He even went the extra mile by calling me the next day to check whether I had managed to get everything sorted.

Joshua was brilliant! He was so incredibly polite and friendly!
He identified the problem and explained that a part needed to be ordered which should take a couple of days to arrive.
He told me not to worry and he would take care of everything and let me know when he (or someone else) would come back to finish the job.
Really clean, organised and tidy too. Highly recommended.

Came to diagnose a fault on front and rear lights. Spent an hour and I'm no clearer on what the fault is. The front indicator turned out to be a blown fuse in the end! Really pleasant guy, but didn't do much to sort out the car.
