Jacek was very good, he arrived within the time frame given, got straight on with the work and got the job done - even though it was a more complicated job than originally planned.

I had a fantastic experience with J.J Auto Repair! My Peugeot had an Engine Warning Light and J.J Auto Repair came out to help. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and patient — spending nearly two hours diagnosing and fixing the issue on the spot. You can tell he really knows his stuff and genuinely cares about getting you back on the road. Excellent service, fair price, and a great attitude throughout.

He turned up late, couldn’t find the address, and then replaced the brake pads without first advising that the discs needed replacing which contradicts the click mechanic guidelines on their website.
He then quoted a ridiculously high price to return to change the discs.
