Graham was friendly and knowledgeable and checked out circuits etc but really disappointed that he did not positively identify the faulty part or advise me how to rectify the problem so I'm still no further in getting my car fixed?

Spent £85 for a coolant leak test, mechanic spent less than 2 mins identifying the fault. I turned my back for less than 30 secs and he said he had found the leak. I asked to see the gauge and leak as I wanted piece of mind that was the problem but he already took the gauge off the coolant tank and was packing it away saying that was definitely it. I felt I had no option but to accept his diagnosis. I got a text later that day saying he couldn’t find the part needed, could I get it. Spent 3 weeks waiting for the part to come, got it installed to find that it was not the part that was leaking. Waste of money and time. Just didn’t seem bothered. Still no car almost a month later. The Mechanic Graham does 3/4 of the work, Click mechanic gives the Mechanic 100% of the money without my consent, then I appeal and click mechanic decide to side with the mechanic as the mechanic makes money for click mechanic, so in reality there was an Anti-Hindu agenda, mixed in with complete bias, no morals or honour and the company sided with the mechanic who frauded me. Then the company could not give me an actual reason for siding with the mechanic and why they gave give 100% of the Labour to the fraud mechanic when he only did 3/4 of the job. Unbelievable. Remember If you appeal click mechanic wil side with the mechanic as the mechanic makes money for click mechanic so the decision will be 100% bias, remember that. I was quoted to have 4 glow plugs replaced, the Mechanic only replaced 3, the honourable thing to have done is to except 3/4 of the total quoted but no, the greedy company and mechanic Graham took 100% of the money, I have never seen anything like this in my life, also I had no say as in once the mechanic did the job he contacted click mechanic and told them he finished the job and they paid him fully without my consent.
