Friendly & knowledgeable mechanic. Very quick doing the work top get my car up & running.
The only thing I would say is required is an improvement is communication such as informing me if he is running late to fix my car. He told me he'd arrive after lunch but I had to ring him at 15.40 to find out when/if he would still be coming & he turned up at 16.40 instead. It just meant I'd put off doing things today just waiting around for him to arrive.

Mr EL-BEK was on time , friendly and identified the problem quickly , he will be returning to finished the job when the required part arrives.
