Eli was fantastic, made me a lot more confident with buying our van - he gave us lots of details, photos and we had a good chat straight after the inspection to answer any questions. Really good value, would use again.

Yes happy with the way El started the work..the way he communication with me about the work he was doing. Explaining what he was going to do. And why..just a shame he couldn't fix it..

No issue at all with El. He was very helpful and punctual etc. Overall I rate the entire Click Mechanic experience apart from the Diagnostic option.
If you don’t know what the issue is,it would be free to take it to a garage and have it assessed to then pay for the work. The option on the app is quite unclear as the cost of the diagnostic should be factored into the work carried out.
Having said that. The overall beauty of Click Mechanic is you get a self employed mechanic that doesn’t mess about as they value their time. Probably more trust worthy than say Kwik Fit or Formula One who I’ve had issues with in the past.

100% satisfied with the inspection carried out by El. El did a sterling job and well worth the money spent. He picked up on a lot of faults and red warning signs which enabled me to make the right decision about not going ahead with the purchase.
He was very knowledgeable and explained things to me simply. I had every confidence in his expertise and so glad that I had the sense to pay for an inspection rather than be landed with a car that probably would have cost me an unnecessary fortune in the long term.
