Michael arrived on time. Definitely knew his job and diagnosed the problem very quickly. Having cleaned up, the car was then taken for a test drive to ensure the fault register had been cleared.

He was on time, diagnosed the problem, discussed the process, and ensured it was resolved safely.
I had previously travelled to multiple garages to diagnose and resolve a rattle from my engine. Fearing it was the timing chain that needed replacing. Having been quoted £1500 to do an engine strip down, I was pleased to have the problem sorted within two hours and a tenth of the cost. Auxiliary belt replacement.
