Mick was amazing. Extremely helpful and a genuinely lovely guy. 10 out of 10, cleared what my so called "Nissan Service" didn't do as well. Can't thank him enough for fixing it.

Mick was great, text me to confirm arrival time, was prompt and polite. Even when he had such difficulty removing the disc. He was fantastic and would be happy for him to carry out any work on my car.

Mick was an absolute star. He took his time, crossed referenced his findings to zone in on the exact issue, checked it again to confirm his conclusions, changed the part, tested it all again, and only when he was fully satisfied he'd done it correctly and the car was running well, did he hand it back over to me.
I can't rate him highly enough, Mick is by far the best mechanic I've had using Click Mechanic to date.

Unfortunately my car was a bit awkward and definitely made him work but he kept smiling and joking with me throughout which was really appreciated as I was a bit concerned my car wouldn’t be able to be fixed but reassured me it was all okay.

He cleaned up the car parts and wiped away excess oil and grim for me on the parts so that if I go to work on it I wouldn’t get covered.

Andy was both punctual and approachable. A genuine "salt of the earth" fellow.
I had incorrectly identified the brake issue citing the front brakes and pads. Whereas it transpired to be the rear brakes.
Therefore needed alternative parts.
Andy assured me he could sort it out, and within no time the issue was remedied.

The weather was awful, and yet he diligently and professionally ensured the job got done.
Many would've cried off due to conditions and this refusal to succumb, immediately set Andy apart.
