What an absolute gem of a mechanic.

Prior communication to let me know a rough eta the day before and was perfectly on time to.

Really friendly and easy to chat with and didn’t mind me watching, explain what he was doing and answering my questions (as I’m interested in learning my car)

Unfortunately my car was a bit awkward and definitely made him work but he kept smiling and joking with me throughout which was really appreciated as I was a bit concerned my car wouldn’t be able to be fixed but reassured me it was all okay.

He cleaned up the car parts and wiped away excess oil and grim for me on the parts so that if I go to work on it I wouldn’t get covered.

Cleared up outside fantastic and wouldn’t even notice he had been.

Andy was both punctual and approachable. A genuine "salt of the earth" fellow.
I had incorrectly identified the brake issue citing the front brakes and pads. Whereas it transpired to be the rear brakes.
Therefore needed alternative parts.
Andy assured me he could sort it out, and within no time the issue was remedied.

The weather was awful, and yet he diligently and professionally ensured the job got done.
Many would've cried off due to conditions and this refusal to succumb, immediately set Andy apart.
