“I commissioned El Bek from ESY Ltd to conduct a pre-purchase inspection on an Infiniti Q70 before purchasing the vehicle. This decision proved to be absolutely the right one and probably saved me several thousand pounds.

El Bek took over two hours and inspected the vehicle thoroughly—not just superficially, but also on the lift and with a comprehensive test drive. In doing so, he discovered several significant faults that weren't visible to me as a layperson, including:

Various irregularities affecting the transmission

Concerns regarding lubrication and fluid containment

An issue involving bodywork damage

Malfunctions in an exterior mirror component

Problems observed with the alloy wheels
