I had a great experience. The mechanic was professional, friendly and explained the issue with my car clearly, taking the time to answer my questions. I really appreciated the clear explanation and honest advice on the repairs needed, with no pressure. He carried out a thorough diagnostic check and provided an explanation of what needed replacing

I received a text from him to let me know he was on his way.
Started the work almost as soon as he arrived. He discovered that there would be additional work required and let me know straight away what the issue was and the extra cost involved. He went to get the new part and fitted it.
All the work (2x coil springs; 2x pads and a caliper; oil leak investigation) was completed in 2.5 hours.
He left the work area (front of our house) clean and tidy, took it for a test drive and also gave me some very good advice for the future.

I wasn’t sure what to expect as this was my first time using ClickMechanic but Jamie was fantastic - he was very knowledgeable about the fault he was attending to diagnose on my Evoque and gave some helpful tips and advice on how to try and resolve the issue. Would definitely recommend using Jamie again.

As the car was 150 miles away from me I needed knowledgeable person to inspect the car. Jamie was able to attend within a couple of days of me making the booking which was a good response time. I had a useful follow-up phone call with Jamie the same day to discuss the car in more detail and to give him the chance to highlight any issues I should consider before completing the car purchase. All this was done in line with my expectations. Jamie was very polite and helpful and it was reassuring to hear him say that he is a qualified MOT tester.
