Jamie was top notch & very friendly, explained everything in detail. Even though my problem couldn’t be fixed he gave me some great advice & guidance on what to do next!

Booked a pre-purchase purchase inspection with Jamie and messaged him prior to it taking place and he was really helpful and he was also a qualified MOT tester. Unfortunately I had to cancel the inspection as on further investigation the vehicle had been previously written off which had not been disclosed by the seller. Jamie advised that the vehicle would have been repaired properly and would have had to have been certified as such, but I still decided not to proceed. If I happen to find another vehicle in his area to purchase, I would request him to inspect for me.

Jamie was superb!
I received a text from him to let me know he was on his way.
Started the work almost as soon as he arrived. He discovered that there would be additional work required and let me know straight away what the issue was and the extra cost involved. He went to get the new part and fitted it.
All the work (2x coil springs; 2x pads and a caliper; oil leak investigation) was completed in 2.5 hours.
He left the work area (front of our house) clean and tidy, took it for a test drive and also gave me some very good advice for the future.

I wasn’t sure what to expect as this was my first time using ClickMechanic but Jamie was fantastic - he was very knowledgeable about the fault he was attending to diagnose on my Evoque and gave some helpful tips and advice on how to try and resolve the issue.
