I was really happy with Dean. He took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my car. I just wanted to double check if my own diagnosis was correct as I do most of my repairs and servicing as DIY. However, from the impression I got from Dean during the diagnostic inspection, I am very satisfied and would always request to have the work done by Dean, should I need a mechanic again in the future.
