Really nice guy, was given a 9am to 11am slot, mechanic called me at 9.10, introduced himself as Fabian and advised he aimed to be with me within 40 minutes, arrived 30 minutes later. Left his car outside my house, took my to his garage, 3 hours later called me to say all work complete will deliver car back in 20 minutes if that was OK. I have BMW 440i M Sport, brake pads changes and brake fluid replaced to main dealer standards and engine management re-set at a fraction of the price, car collected and returned within 3 hours after me only booking it online 36 hours earlier.
