Alex communicated very well each step. Demonstrated clear desire and expertise to diagnose problem with vehicle. Worked very well with son Enzo, in far from ideal (cold) roadside conditions.

Absolutely fantastic. Very punctual and rectified and informed me regarding the need to change the discs as well.

Alex was friendly and carried out inspection by starting the engine and looking underneath, and advised it is a broken exhaust, safe to drive short distances. He said he would email a quote for the repairs. Through ClickMechanic I now have an appointment for the repair, it is with a different mechanic. Initially I approached my nearest garage but the waiting time was 16 days. Also this is the second time I've called ClickMechanic so have developed trust with them.

My mechanic was with me before 9.00, he got stuck in straight away, finish the job on time. Unfortunately after looking over the car, he had bad news regrading front Tyres and back brakes, got to save up my money so they can come back to carry on with job
