Mohammed was very friendly and knowledgeable. They identified an extra problem when the gearbox was out , that nearly doubled the price, which was a significant amount. But I was sent a video as evidence of the fault, so asked them to go ahead. I didn’t feel as though I was being scammed, and had I not proceeded, my van would have been undriveable. It was a bit of a shock, but had to be done. They had to keep my van an extra day, to complete the extra work. I didn’t use the van, for a week after I got it back, which is why my feedback is late. But I would definitely recommend Mohammed. My only suggestion would be to maybe wipe down the area on the van where the work takes place, to remove oily hand prints. Apart from that, brilliant.
