“Alfie was absolutely spot on from start to finish, he arrived on time, and was thorough in his check of the car - which is located 250mi away from me, so a Pre inspection made sense. He found some things that I wasn't aware of, and helped make my decision more thought out. Only slight niggle is he only took 2 photos of the car, but detailed some damage on the report not shown on photos, maybe an oversight.

All in all I'm pleased with the service received. Thank you Alfie!”

Jameel arranged to collect the car the following Monday. He did not turn up. I understand he contacted you expecting you to let me know.
