Ali was approachable, detail oriented and gave expert advice in a way that I could understand. Very pleased with the degree of detail with which he carried out his inspection. Ali gave me advice about the range of issues that may occur with certain identified issues including a ball park figure of how much repairs may cost - his service delivery was excellent.

Ali arrived on time, kept me informed with what he was doing, test drove the car afterwards and was incredibly knowledgeable. Spoke to me about fault codes we have and even gave the car a look over as our MOT is coming up informing us about anything else that might need doing. Really knows his stuff and highly recommend! Thank you :)
