Phil was brilliant. He communicated that he was going to be slightly later than what he planned but was still there within the time frame given. He was very professional and did a fantastic job. He even brought to my attention another issue with the car (but it was already known and booked in for the replacement tyres), but the fact he told me was brilliant! Would use Phil again, in a heartbeat, if something is wrong with either of my cars!
